Arrange tables on the floor plan

On a tablet, Reservations shows a floor plan of your tables so you can match the room layout. Phones do not show the floor pane.

You need tables set up first — in the app under Settings → Tables, or in Admin under Dine-in and table QR ordering.

Open arrange mode

1. Open Reservations on a tablet.
2. Tap Arrange tables.
3. Drag each table on the grid. Tables stay inside the room bounds.

Shape and rotation

1. Tap a table on the floor.
2. Choose Rectangle or Round.
3. Tap Rotate 90° to turn the table.

Table names and booking labels stay upright. Chairs move with the table shape.

Save or cancel

• Tap Done arranging to save the layout.
• Tap Cancel to discard your changes.
