Automated WhatsApp are WhatsApp messages automatically sent to your customers or staff either from Take App’s official WhatsApp account or your own WhatsApp Business account. These messages can be triggered by workflows, broadcasts, or other settings you configure in your store. Replies from the AI chatbot on WhatsApp also count as Automated WhatsApp.
Since October 1, 2026, WhatsApp service messages that Meta charges for, such as replies you send from Inbox, count towards the same quota. See How Workflow Quota works.
