How to request reviews in Whatsapp
- Set up Review Request Workflow in Settings > Workflows
- Take App official account will send WhatsApp message to your customer and they will be able to directly fill in review without leaving WhatsApp.
This review will be shown in your store immediately if you toggle "Show review" settings in Design > Storefront.
