Order quota
The Basic Plan includes up to 50 orders within a rolling 30-day period.
You can check your current order usage anytime by going to Settings > Billing in your dashboard.
Your order quota is not based on a fixed calendar month — it's based on the last 30 days, updating continuously as time passes.
For example, if you receive 5 orders today, those 5 orders will drop off your quota count after 30 days have passed. As older orders fall outside the window, new quota space becomes available automatically.
What happens when you reach the limit
Once you reach 50 orders within the last 30 days, the checkout page will be bypassed. Instead, customers will be redirected to a WhatsApp button to contact you directly. Orders will still be created, but you will not be able to collect customer information through checkout — such as their name, phone number, and delivery address.
Your store will remain fully browsable, and normal checkout will resume automatically as older orders fall outside the 30-day window, or if you upgrade your plan.
About images
On the Basic plan, there's no cap on total images uploaded, but each product listing is limited to one image. Merchants who want to show multiple photos per product (different angles, colors, packaging, etc.) need to upgrade to the Business plan.
