You can add a date picker form to ask your buyer some date-specific questions (e.g., birthday or booking date)
How to add a date picker on the checkout page
- Go to Admin > Website > Checkout and click
Add cardThen choose "Date"
2. Put your question title and description (if any). You can also set the question to be optional/required. Do not forget to click `Save`
