Discounts are a powerful way to boost sales, attract new customers, and reward loyal shoppers. Our platform offers multiple discount types to help you create effective promotional strategies tailored to your business needs.

Types of Discounts Available

Our platform supports six versatile discount types:

1 . Discount Codes

Custom codes that customers enter at checkout to receive special pricing. Perfect for targeted promotions, marketing campaigns, and seasonal sales.

2 . Bundle Discounts

Automatic discounts that apply when customers purchase specific product combinations. Ideal for increasing average order value and encouraging customers to try complementary products. A bundle can also be built from whole categories rather than individual products — pick the categories it applies to and how many items each bundle needs, for "any 2 for 20% off" style promotions.

3 . Automatic Discounts

Store-wide discounts that apply to all eligible products without requiring any action from customers. Great for sales events, holiday promotions, or clearance periods.

4 . Buy X Get Y Discounts

Special offers where customers receive free or discounted products (Y) when purchasing specified products (X). Excellent for product launches, inventory management, and cross-selling.

5 . Order Value Discounts

Order Value Discounts let you offer customers discounts when their total item purchase exceeds a certain amount. This encourages larger purchases and boosts sales.

6 . Free Delivery Discounts

Discounts that waive or reduce the delivery fee instead of the item price. Useful for "free delivery over $50" offers and for pushing a slower delivery zone.

Creating Your First Discount

To create any discount type:

Navigate to Products > Discounts in your dashboard
Click the Create Discount button
Select your desired discount type
Configure the specific parameters for your chosen discount type
Save your settings

Key Features Across All Discount Types

While each discount type has unique settings, most share these common features:

Discount Value: Set percentage or fixed amount discounts
Minimum Purchase Requirements: Optional thresholds for discount eligibility
Usage Limits: Control how many times a discount can be used
Active Dates: Schedule when discounts automatically start and end
Recurring Schedule: Set specific days and times when a discount should automatically be active, so it turns on and off on a repeating schedule. Not yet supported for automatic discounts.

Bundle Discounts - Ideal when you want to encourage purchases of specific product combinations.
