Take App never holds your money. When a customer pays, the money goes to your own payment gateway account, bank account or wallet — not to Take App. So there is no payout from Take App to wait for, and nothing to withdraw from your Take App dashboard.
When the money reaches you depends on how the customer paid.
Manual and local payments
Bank transfer, QR codes (such as PayNow, DuitNow, QRIS or QRPH), cash on delivery and other manual and local payment methods are paid directly to you — into your own bank account or wallet, or in cash.
- The money arrives as soon as your bank or wallet provider processes it.
- Take App can't see your bank account, so you check the payment yourself in your banking or wallet app, then mark the order as Paid.
- With payment proof upload, customers can send you their bank receipt or a screenshot, so you can match it to the order.
Automated payment gateways
With an automated payment gateway such as Stripe, PayPal or HitPay, the order switches to Paid on its own when the customer pays. The gateway then:
- Deducts its own transaction fee.
- Settles the rest directly into your own account with that gateway.
- Pays it out to your bank on the gateway's own payout schedule.
Each gateway decides its own payout timing, so check your payouts in your gateway's dashboard, not in Take App. If you use Stripe, payouts only start once you've completed all your business information in Stripe — see Stripe payment.
Take App adds no fee on top of the gateway's, and takes no commission on your sales. See Payment processing fee.
The order says Paid but the money isn't in my bank
- Automated gateway: log in to your gateway's dashboard and check the payment and your payout status there. The gateway holds and pays out the money, so its support team is the one who can tell you when a payout will arrive.
- Manual payment: check your banking or wallet app. Take App only records the status you set, so confirm the money has arrived before you mark an order as Paid.
