Billing Updates, Limit Delivery Date By Products, New Admin UI and more

Billing: Access restored for previously restricted stores

Stores that were previously frozen due to subscription payment issues are now fully restored. Earlier, plan downgrades limited access to your website and admin dashboard. We have removed those restrictions. You can continue on the Free Basic plan for as long as you need. When you log in, you will have full access to your admin dashboard, domain, images, and website.

Billing: Free Basic plan order cap (50/month)

We’ve introduced a 50 orders per month limit on the Free Basic plan. This was a tough but necessary step to keep Take App sustainable and continue supporting small businesses globally. Reaching the limit doesn’t stop your sales. Customers can still order via WhatsApp — they’ll skip checkout and send you their order details directly. However, since delivery settings, online payments, and discounts run through checkout, these automated features won’t apply once the cap is reached. When you’re ready for smoother automation and full features, upgrading to the Business plan unlocks everything again.

Billing: Business plan limits preselected

Business plan limits (stores & staff) can now be preselected. This prevents unexpected surges from dynamic usage-based charges.

Limit delivery date by products

You can now override delivery dates at product level — useful for clearance or preorder items with specific delivery windows.Customers can combine clearance and regular products in one cart, with checkout enforcing valid overlapping delivery dates.

New Admin dashboard UI

We launched a refreshed Admin dashboard with layout refinements and improved banners for better clarity and usability.

POS mobile app improvements

  • Create orders instantly by entering total amount only via keypad — ideal for quick sales tracking

After “Click to WhatsApp” experience

We fixed intermittent issues where customers couldn’t see invoice links after returning from WhatsApp. The post-order flow is now more reliable.

Store login modal improved

We redesigned the storefront login flow for a smoother experience. The UI is cleaner and OTP verification is now separated for better clarity and fewer errors.
