About this tool
A delivery note travels with the goods and is signed by the customer when they arrive, so you have proof the order was delivered complete and in good condition. In Malaysia and Singapore it's usually called a delivery order, or DO, and you can choose either title. Add the DO number, delivery date and deliver-to address, then list each item and its quantity. There are no prices, so it's fine for your driver or the person receiving the goods to see it. The printed note has a received-by box for the customer's name, signature and date. Print two copies, one to leave and one to bring back signed, or save it as a PDF. It all runs in your browser. For orders placed through Take App, customers get their confirmation and invoice automatically.
