We build your solution

Laundry Ordering System on WhatsApp

Your plant, your machines and your routes already work. What's missing is the half your customers touch. We build the ordering, pickup, pricing and payment layer on WhatsApp — and connect it to the system you already run.

Built on Take App, which already runs orders, invoices and payments on WhatsApp for 300,000+ businesses. The laundry part — your price list, your exceptions, your integration — we build around how you work.

The problem

The Front Counter Is the Bottleneck

Everything behind the door is weighed, tagged and scheduled. Everything in front of it is a chat thread and somebody re-typing it.

Orders arrive in five places

WhatsApp, a phone call, the shop counter, a form somebody filled in last week. Then a person copies all of it into the system that actually runs the plant.

The price isn't real until you open the bag

Quoted by the kilo, then it's fourteen pieces, two need dry cleaning and one has ink on the collar. Now it's a phone call to explain a number nobody agreed to.

“Is my laundry ready?”

The same question all day, from people whose order is on the rack with their name on it. Answering it is somebody's whole job.

Your system was never built for customers

It runs the machines, the racks and the routes properly. It's just not something you'd put in front of the person paying — and rebuilding it is a year you don't have.

How it works

From the First Message to the Bag Coming Back

Three moments where a laundry order normally falls back to a phone call. Here is each one with the customer never leaving the chat.

Pickups Booked Without a Phone Call

Service, bag size, address and a collection window — captured in the chat the customer was already writing in, and priced off your list rather than from memory. The estimate is on the order before the driver leaves.

Hi, can you collect today? Wash & fold, about one big bag.
Of course — what's the address, and which evening slot?

Reprice It Once You've Weighed It

At intake you set the real weight, the real count and the add-ons — the two dry-clean pieces, the stain you can only try on. The total is rebuilt, the customer sees exactly what changed and approves it before anything goes into a machine.

Where we fit

The Layer in Front, Not a Replacement

Keep the plant software, the machine control, the accounting and the route planning. Take App becomes the part your customers see, and hands each order straight over to what you already run.

Customers only ever see Take App

Store, chat, order, invoice, payment. Nothing to install and no login to forget — it's the WhatsApp thread they already message you in, plus a link.

Orders land in your system on their own

Every new or changed order fires a webhook at your endpoint, and the Merchant API reads and writes orders, customers, products and stock. No one re-keys anything.

Status flows back the other way

When your plant marks a batch clean or a route delivered, push it back and the customer's WhatsApp update goes out. Your system stays the source of truth.

Nothing gets ripped out

Machine control, the counter POS you've had for a decade, the accounting pack — untouched. We integrate where it helps and stay out of the way everywhere else.

The API and webhooks are documented at platform.take.app. Anything past what they cover is what we build with you. See the developer docs

Who it's for

Built for Laundries That Already Have a System

If the cleaning is the straightforward part and the customer-facing half is what eats the day, this page is for you.

Laundromats & self-service stores

Drop-off and wash-and-fold running alongside the machines, without a second person behind the counter taking orders.

Dry cleaners with a shop network

One order flow across every branch, with the garment types, tags and exceptions the trade actually has.

Pickup & delivery laundry brands

Collection windows, routes and delivery slots that customers choose themselves instead of asking someone.

Hotel, spa & linen contracts

Standing volumes per property, priced on the contract rather than the walk-in list, invoiced to the account.

Uniform & workwear services

Weekly rotations for a whole site, where the buyer wants one statement rather than forty receipts.

Lockers & unattended points

Round-the-clock drop-off and collection, with the code arriving in the same thread as the order.

How we work

We Build It Around Your Operation

You don't get a blank product to figure out. We follow one real order end to end and build that, on top of what Take App already does.

01

Walk us through one order

From the first message to the bag going back out. Where it gets typed, who touches it, and which step breaks when it's busy.

02

We build the customer-facing flow

Your services and price list, your pickup windows, the adjustments you make at intake, and the exceptions you actually see. Customers stay in WhatsApp; your staff get one screen.

03

We connect it to your system

Orders out to you, status back to the customer. Start on one branch or one route and keep your current process running next to it until you'd rather not.

Custom builds sit on our Enterprise plan and are quoted around your scope, not per feature. The first conversation costs nothing — if we don't think we can help yet, we'll say so.

Tell Us How an Order Reaches You Today

Two ways to reach us, both landing with the person who'd build it. Say what you run, roughly how many orders a day, which country you're in and what you're running now — that's enough for us to show you something useful.

WhatsApp

The quickest way — the message is already written, just fill in the blanks.
