Customers who find your business on Google Maps or Google Search can order straight from your listing. Connect your Google Business Profile and Take App adds your store link to it as order buttons — Order online, Order delivery, Order pickup or Shop online — or as your listing's Website.
Before you start
You need a Google Business Profile for your business that is verified and active on Google. If you don't have one yet, create it on Google first and come back once it's verified.
Your store also has to be ready to take orders:
- Live storefront
- At least one visible product
- Pickup or delivery turned on — Order delivery needs delivery, and Order pickup needs pickup
Connect Google
- Click Google in the Admin sidebar and open the Maps ordering tab. Food and drink stores land on it directly.
- Click Connect Google and sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile. Tick every box on Google's screen.
- Under Choose your listing, pick the listing that is your store and click Use this listing. The likeliest one is marked Best match. Only an owner or admin can choose the listing.
If nothing is left to decide, Take App turns on the best links for you as soon as you connect.
If the account has no Business Profile, your listing may be on another Google account — click Use another account.
Choose your links
The Google links card lists every link Google offers for your listing. Click Turn on or Turn off on each one:

When more than one link is on, set a Preferred link — Google shows it first.
We send Google only the links you turn on. A new link can take a few days to appear on Google; until then it shows Submitted to Google, and Live on Google once it's up.
Website is only added when your listing's Website field is empty. If Google already shows another website, remove it in your Business Profile first. Some kinds of listing don't get order or shop links from Google at all — for those, Website is the only option.
Keeping your links up to date
Your links follow your store. Change your store link or connect a custom domain and Take App updates the links on Google for you.
If you change or remove a link yourself in Google, the link shows Changed in Google and Take App stops updating it. Click Re-add link to hand it back.
Turning off a link your store no longer qualifies for — delivery switched off, say — means you can't turn it back on until the store is ready for it again. Take App asks before it does that.
Disconnect
Disconnecting Google removes your links from your listing. It can take a few minutes.
