QRPH QR Payment

Accept customer payments with your reusable QRPH code. Take App fills in the order amount, and you confirm the payment after checking that the money arrived.

Before you start

• Your store must be in the Philippines and use PHP as its currency.
• Get a reusable QRPH merchant QR code from your bank or payment provider. A one-time payment QR cannot be used for this setup.

Add QRPH as a payment method

1. Go to Admin > Settings > Payments.
2. Under Local payment methods, click Add and choose QRPH.
3. Upload your reusable QRPH code. Add payment instructions if needed.
4. Click Save.

If you see Upload a reusable QRPH code in PHP, not a one-time payment QR, check that the image is a reusable Philippine QRPH code for payments in PHP. Ask your provider for a reusable merchant QR if you only have a one-time code.

How customers pay

1. The customer chooses QRPH on the payment page.
2. They scan the QR with a compatible banking or payment app. The order amount is filled in for them.
3. They check the recipient and amount, then complete the payment.

Confirm the payment

QRPH is a manual payment method. Take App does not automatically verify that money reached your account. Check your bank or payment app, then mark the order's payment as Paid in Admin.
