EcoCash

EcoCash is Zimbabwe's leading mobile money service (also available in Lesotho). Customers pay into your EcoCash wallet; you reconcile the order yourself. Take App charges no processing fee on EcoCash.

For Zimbabwe stores, EcoCash shows as Recommended in Settings > Payments so it appears first.

How to add EcoCash

1. Go to Settings > Payments and click Add payment method.
2. Choose EcoCash.
3. Enter the phone number customers should pay (default). Use a Zimbabwe or Lesotho EcoCash number — numbers from other countries are rejected. You can switch to Merchant ID if you use one instead.
4. Save.

Customers see your EcoCash details at checkout and pay via USSD (*151# in Zimbabwe, *100# in Lesotho).
