Built-in Workflow Messages for Order Updates

We’ll now send WhatsApp notifications when order status, payment status, or fulfillment status changes. Enabled by default for new stores. Existing stores can turn it on via Admin > Settings > Workflows > Built-in workflows.

Order Calendar

Check all upcoming deliveries, pickups, and subscription fulfillments in a calendar view of Admin orders dashboard. Go to Admin > Orders > Calendar. Booking orders will be supported soon.

Tookan Integration

Connect to Tookan for real-time driver tracking, automated task assignment, and route optimization. Tookan also works with third-party services like Uber Direct, Grab, UParcel, and Borzo. Learn more

Store Credit Login Requirement

Customers must now log in with WhatsApp to use store credits—this adds an extra layer of security. A “Login” button is now shown in the store credit payment screen.

Order Export Updates

Order CSV export files now include courier name, tracking number, and tracking link for better delivery tracking.

Admin Orders Dashboard Improvement

Payment method icon of each orders is shown and internal note is now editable without leaving Admin Orders list.
