Referral codes and rewards

Customers can now refer friends using a referral code—and both sides get store credit. A simple way to grow your customer base through word-of-mouth. Go to Settings > Membership and find Referral reward. Learn more

Rewards banner on storefront

If your store has active referral or store rewards, we’ll now display a banner on your storefront to let customers know.

Decimal quantity (Admin order edit)

While we still only support whole number quantities for orders, you can now edit quantities as decimals in Admin. Perfect for fresh goods like meat or produce sold by weight. Learn Order Edit

Kitchen display mode

View today’s orders in a display designed for your kitchen. Quickly check order items and update status. Go to Admin > Orders > Display to open.

Total summaries in Orders Summary

See a quick overview of order totals at a glance in Admin > Orders Summary.

Inventory left in Admin Products

You can now see remaining stock quantity directly in Admin > Products.

Inbox staff assignment

Assign staff to manage specific conversations in the Inbox. Once unassigned chat started, the user will be automatically assigned.

New order shortcuts

You can now create an order directly from Admin > Customers and from Inbox chats.

Broadcast from customer list

Easily send a WhatsApp Broadcast from your Admin customer list based on tags or selections.

Order value target shown in cart

We’ll now show customers how close they are to receiving a discount based on order value. Use this to encourage larger orders with Order Value Discounts. Learn more
