Product Reviews

Product pages now display their own reviews instead of showing all reviews together from the storefront. Photo reviews are highlighted to increase credibility. Customers can leave reviews through their invoice link or via WhatsApp when an order is marked Completed. To collect more reviews automatically, enable the review workflow in Admin > Settings > Workflows.

Inbox for Instagram

You can now send images and product details when chatting with customers without leaving take App. Go to Take App’s Admin > Chats > Inbox. Connect your Instagram Sales Channel to use it.
