Order Edit in POS, Product/Customer Audit Log, Cart Minimum Quantity Validation

POS unpaid order editing

Staff can now edit unpaid POS orders after checkout and before payment is completed. This is useful for walk-in orders when a customer changes items before paying. Paid and cancelled orders remain protected from editing.

Product and customer activity history

Merchants can now see an audit trail and timeline for products and customers. This makes it easier to understand what changed, when it changed, and track recent activity without asking the team to investigate manually. It is useful when checking product updates, customer profile changes, or internal staff actions.

Cart quantity validation

Minimum quantity rules are now checked directly in the cart. If a customer reduces an item below the required quantity, the cart shows the issue and checkout is blocked until it is fixed. Learn more about product quantity limits in the Help Center.

Delivery zone settings fix

We fixed a Google Maps issue that caused delivery zone settings to crash when adding or editing area-based delivery zones. Merchants using delivery-by-area can continue managing zones and fees normally. Learn more about delivery zones in the Delivery by Area guide.

Clearer domain expiry reminders

We improved domain expiry reminders so merchants get clearer notices before and after a domain expires. Expired domains now show clearer messaging instead of confusing “registration in progress” text. Learn more about domain renewal in the custom domain guide.

Product review setup improvements

Product review setup and discovery are now clearer for merchants. The updated guide explains where reviews appear, how order-linked reviews work, and how to collect reviews through invoices, review links, and WhatsApp requests. Read the updated Product Review guide.

  • Mobile POS 1.1.0 is live on Android with guest mode removed, a clearer login flow, and Take App branding on the login screen. iOS is waiting for review.
