Admin order timelines now show more activity history, including status changes and improved comment context. This helps teams understand what happened to an order without relying on memory or separate staff messages.

Write better product descriptions with AI

Product descriptions now have AI write and improve options on the product edit page. Merchants can generate new copy, rewrite existing text, choose a tone, add a custom instruction, and undo changes if needed.

Create Draft Orders before confirming a sale

You can now create and save orders as drafts before confirming them. This helps you prepare quotations, share invoices with customers, and keep inventory unchanged until the order is confirmed. Go to Admin > Orders > Create order

Automated WhatsApp from Admin Orders

You can now send automated WhatsApp notifications from admin order detail page. Previously, you need to install WhatsApp App in your desktop to send. Now, you can send message easily without opening WhatsApp.

Platform API V2 is available

Platform API V2 (beta) is now available for merchants with external app or integration needs. It gives more complete API access for connecting Take App with other systems. Note that new webhook is launching soon and please contact us if you have any feeddback. Learn more

See WhatsApp and email usage more clearly

A new Usage report is available from Analytics > Reports > Usage. You can now check monthly WhatsApp and email usage more easily, especially when reviewing workflow activity or usage-based costs.
