Built-in Workflow: Order Again Reminder

Encourage repeat purchases with automated win-back messages. Customers who haven’t ordered in 30 days will receive a WhatsApp reminder. Enable it in Admin > Settings > Workflows > Order again reminder.

New Languages

Malay, German, and Japanese are now supported in Take App.

Product Images via CSV Import

When creating products with CSV, images will now upload automatically if an Image URL is provided. Check the updated CSV file template from Admin > Products page.

WhatsApp Broadcast from Customers Page

Send targeted WhatsApp broadcasts directly from Admin > Customers. Select customers, click Broadcast, and send once the template is approved. (Business plan + WhatsApp integration required.)

Customer Referral Link

Logged-in customers can now easily share their referral link. The link auto-applies on open. Admin > Customers also shows each customer’s referral link.

Better Search for Asian Languages

Customers and Products now support single-character searches in Korean, Chinese, and Japanese. Other languages require 3 characters.
