Analytics Explore now has stronger reporting across products, customers, and orders. This includes product filters, customer filters, gross orders, better date-range linking, and admin pages that send merchants directly into the right Explore views. More trust signals and clearer storefront behavior

Stores can now show social network badges. Instagram badges show follower counts for stores with at least 1K followers, and WhatsApp badges show when a WhatsApp Business or official account is connected. Admin chatbot can now help with analytics and product actions

The admin chatbot now supports analytics questions and product create or update flows. That makes it more useful for getting quick store insights and making simple catalog changes without leaving the admin workflow.

Cleaner multi-store admin and store switching

Admin now makes it easier to switch between stores in the same organization, with up to five accessible stores shown in the hover menu. The admin PWA install surface was also removed and the multi-store directory was redesigned for a cleaner experience.
