Table ordering with QR codes

Create tables and download a unique QR code for each one. Customers can scan the QR code, browse your menu, and place additional orders from their phones without waiting for staff. Go to Admin > Dine-in ordering to get started.

Smarter address forms by country

Customers can now search and select provinces and cities when entering addresses in checkout. Address forms also use more familiar regional names such as State, Province, Emirate and Prefecture, depending on the country. This reduces incomplete addresses and makes checkout more familiar for local customers.

Live delivery fees at checkout

Indonesia stores can now calculate delivery fees automatically while entering customer’s address in checkout. This means you can confirm the final order amount faster with less interactions with custoemrs. Go to Settings > Delivery and choose "Fee by courier" option.

More local payment methods

We added the following payment methods:

• InstaPay, Egypt
• Oman Mobile Payment
• Aani, UAE
• sarie, Saudi Arabia
• Khalti and IME Pay, Nepal
• Pago Móvil, Venezuela

Go to Settings → Payments → Add payment method to enable them.

Delay workflow actions

Add a delay before a workflow action runs. For example, send a Google review request three days after an order is completed or follow up with a customer several hours later. Delays can be configured using minutes, hours, or days. Go to Admin > Settings > Workflows.

Easier product setup

We improved admin product detail page design so you can manage variants and pricings easier. Less frequently used sections can be collapsed, while important details such as delivery settings, tags, order counts, and activity remain visible as summaries.

New print template

You can print shipping labels with the ordered item list. This will help you waste papers less. You can find the print button from "..." menu of admin order details page.
