What does an order message include?

Where do I manage my orders?

In your Take App dashboard. An order is saved when the customer checks out, before they share the order message. You can track payment and fulfillment there, even if the customer does not send a message.

Can I start for free?

Yes. You can create your store and start taking orders on the free plan. Inbox and WhatsApp automation are separate features; check the pricing plans for what your business needs.

Does Take App send automated order updates through LINE?

Customers share their order details with you through LINE. Automated order updates on this channel are not included. WhatsApp offers Workflow for automated messages; Messenger Workflow is coming soon.
