What's the difference between an Official Account and a personal ID?

A LINE Official Account is a business account whose ID starts with @. A personal LINE ID belongs to a normal LINE user. Businesses should use an Official Account; choose the type before entering your ID.

Can I pre-fill a message?

Yes, for Official Accounts. The link opens a chat with your message already typed. Personal IDs don't support this, so the message field is hidden for them.

My personal ID link doesn't find me. Why?

In LINE, turn on "Allow others to add me by ID" in your privacy settings. Without it, links to a personal ID won't work.

This tool makes an add-friend link and a QR code for your LINE Official Account (the ID that starts with @) or your personal LINE ID.
