Do I need a Telegram username?

Yes. Set one in Telegram under Settings → Username. It must be at least 5 characters, using letters, numbers and underscores.

Can I pre-fill the first message?

Yes. The message you add is placed in the customer's chat box, and they can edit it before sending.

Does it work for channels and groups?

Yes, as long as the channel or group has a public username. The link opens it in Telegram.

Will the QR code keep working?

Yes, for as long as you keep the same username. If you change it, make a new code.

Yes. No sign-up, no watermark, and nothing you type leaves your browser.

Sobre esta herramienta

A Telegram link opens a chat with your shop in one tap. Enter your Telegram username, add an optional first message, and you get a t.me link plus a QR code. Share the link in your bio, ads and website, and print the QR code on your counter, flyers or packaging so customers can ask a question or order straight away. The link and code are made in your browser, and nothing is uploaded. The same link works for a Telegram channel or group with a public username. When Telegram chats turn into orders, a Take App store link gives customers a menu and checkout to order from.
