Built-in Workflows
You can now enable or disable automatic WhatsApp messages to staff, customers, or drivers when order status changes. Custom message templates support is coming soon — stay tuned.

Inbox Improvements
- Assigned staff now receive email notifications
- Auto-reply automation will assign staff if human help is needed
- Inbox layout now shows more messages
- Use keyboard shortcuts: "Cmd/Ctrl + Backspace" to close chat, "Cmd/Ctrl + ↑ / ↓" to move between conversations
