Customers can now interact with your Take App store directly through WhatsApp. We’ve added welcome messages, auto-replies, and commands like /shop to open your website and /help for support.

Preventing Duplicate Orders

A new popup on the payment page helps reduce duplicated orders by notifying customers if an order has already been created.

WhatsApp Messaging from Admin Dashboard

You can now send WhatsApp messages directly from the Admin dashboard, with templates for product links and review requests.

New Payment Methods: MTN MoMo for Eswatini

Customers in Eswatini can now pay using MTN MoMo, expanding your payment options.

Store Language Settings

Set a specific language for your store, or let the system use the customer’s browser language by default.

Partial Store Credit Payment at Checkout

Customers can now apply partial store credits at checkout, making it easier to use their rewards.

Support 10 Languages

Support for English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Hebrew, Russian, Chinese and Indonesian languages is now available in WhatsApp messaging.

Admin Page & Invoice Improvements

We’ve added A4 invoice format, PDF download, payment summaries on invoices, and additional admin order filters.

Improved Address Input & Delivery Fees

We’ve upgraded the address input UI and switched to OpenStreetMap for more accurate delivery fee calculations.
