Boxful is a fulfillment provider for El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Costa Rica. Once it is connected (Business plan), you can book a parcel shipment from the order page. Boxful picks the cheapest courier that can carry the parcel, or you can set an optional default courier ID. Tracking is saved on the order.
How to connect Boxful
You will need a Boxful account at app.goboxful.com. Use the same email and password you use to sign in there.
- Go to Dashboard > Settings > Integrations
- Choose Boxful
- Enter your Boxful Email and Password
- Optionally set a Default courier ID. Leave it blank to use the cheapest courier that can carry the parcel

How to send an order with Boxful
- Go to Orders and open the order you want to fulfill
- Click the
...button in the top right and choose Send with Boxful - Enter the parcel dimensions (required)
- Get a quote, then place the shipment
Once the shipment is booked, the tracking link is added to the order so you and your customer can follow it.
Checkout addresses in Central America
For El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Costa Rica, checkout uses province and city lists:
- El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras — department and city
- Costa Rica — province, city, and distrito
- Guatemala — also asks for poblado
How to show live Boxful fees at checkout
Instead of charging a flat fee you set yourself, you can let Boxful price each delivery from the customer's address while they are checking out.
This only prices the delivery — it does not book one. No courier is dispatched when the order comes in, even if the customer paid a Boxful rate at checkout. You still have to open the order and click Send with Boxful to send it, as described above.
- Go to Dashboard > Settings > Delivery and open the delivery method you want to use
- Turn on Fee
- Under How do you charge? choose By courier (Automatic)
- Under Courier choose Boxful
- Set a Fallback charge — this is what the customer pays when Boxful cannot quote their address
- Optionally set a Maximum weight to hide this delivery option at checkout for heavier orders
