FAQ Bot for Customers

All Business plan stores now get a “Chat with AI” button in the sidebar. Customers can ask questions and receive instant answers powered by your store’s public info. You can customize the bot’s tone, name, and behavior in Admin > Chats > Chatbot. The Evaluate menu lets you test questions in bulk and improve responses. This is an experimental feature. We’d love your feedback.
