Categories now visible in storefront

Product categories are now shown directly in the storefront, making it easier for customers to browse and discover more products — especially on mobile. Applied by default but you can turn this off anytime from Admin > Website > Appearance.

Reviews added to product pages

Customer reviews now appear on individual product pages. This adds social proof where it matters most and helps increase conversion.

Improved desktop storefront layout

We’ve optimized the desktop view to show more products on one screen, with smoother sidebar navigation and less content shifting.

Instagram ice breakers

After connecting the Instagram sales channel, you can now set ice breakers — quick questions like “Opening hours?” or “Are you available?” that customers can tap to start a conversation. Customize them in Admin > Chats > Chatbot settings.

Smarter chatbot replies

Our chatbot has been upgraded with newer AI models. You should notice more accurate and helpful replies across WhatsApp and your website. Manage more settings in Admin > Chats > Chatbot.

$1 trial vs Full plan clarification

The $1 trial lets you use almost all features to get started, except automated WhatsApp messages to customers. This limitation helps prevent spam. You can upgrade to the Full plan anytime from Admin > Settings > Billing to unlock automation.
