Search Page with Filters and Sort

Search is now enhanced to support filtering by multiple categories alongside search queries. Results can be sorted by date or price, offering a more refined experience for customers. Each search result is also shareable on social media. To share, simply copy the link after performing a search.

Extra Stores, Staff, and Automated WhatsApp

You can now exceed the free quota of 5 stores, 5 staff, and 1,000 automated WhatsApp messages with a pay-as-you-go billing system. To enable this, go to the Admin > Billing page and find the "Add-ons" section. If you do not enable the extra add-ons, you will remain within the free quota and will not be charged. For example, creating 8 stores incurs charges for 3 additional stores at $8 each, totaling $24 per month. Automated WhatsApp and email quotas have been reset for the current billing period to ease the transition. Learn more at Usage Quota and Pay-as-Go Billing.

Recent Invoices

Recent invoices are now visible on the billing page, showing their open or paid status. Payments can be made directly from this page. For a complete history of invoices, access the billing dashboard.

Payment Recovery Workflow Improvements

Based on customer feedback, we have enhanced the payment recovery workflow. When an order is canceled via this workflow, the inventory it held is automatically released, benefiting businesses with fast-selling, limited stock. Additionally, custom messages can now be added to recovery notifications, allowing merchants to provide specific payment instructions.

  • Flat service fees are now displayed even when no address is entered.
  • Support for 13-digit PayNow UENs has been added.
  • An image flickering issue on storefronts has been fixed.
  • Automated WhatsApp messages are now sent when store credits are rewarded.
